Western Ohio Mortgage is the result of our President/Owners desire to found a mortgage corporation that is sensitive to the needs of all home buyers; but in particular, first time home buyers. Using 17 years of lending experience, Western Ohio Mortgage was formed with the objective of expanding home ownership opportunities in the states of Ohio, Eastern Indiana and Kentucky. With Direct Endorsement HUD approval, Rural Development approval and VA approval, WOMC is able to finance a large spectrum of credit and income types. Further, WOMC's experience in the conventional loan arena allows for the structuring of loans that require no down payment and reduced mortgage insurance requirements. For those borrowers who have experienced past financial difficulty, WOMC has a full array of mortgage products to assist them in making the financial transition they need to get them back on track.
