We offer fixed and adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs). Our ARM and fixed rates are subject to change daily and we suggest you call any of our lending staff for specific rate information.

We offer a unique construction loan because when you apply and are approved for your construction loan, the rate can be locked in to give you added comfort. We allow you approximately 6 months to complete your construction at which time your loan is rolled over to a regular mortgage. There is no need to reapply at the end of the construction or sign new loan documents. One loan takes you from construction to moving into your new home.

At Home Loan we always service all of our mortgage loans so you never need to worry about sending your payments out of town or not knowing who to call with questions. We are always available to assist you with any question or problem you may have.

Payments can be conveniently set up to be withdrawn automatically from any Home Loan deposit account. No need to worry about your payment being made on time with an automatic payment.
